On September 28, AXANH Growth & Technology Day 2026 offered the team an opportunity to reflect on several developments taking shape across the organization — from the growth of our people and continued professional learning to the way technology and evolving standards are becoming more closely connected to everyday work.
Not every change discussed during the program began on the day of the event. Behind each new role, each professional exchange, and each improvement in the way work is organized is a process that has been developing over time. Growth & Technology Day therefore served as a timely opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and look more closely at the progress already underway.
Throughout the day, conversations about people, expertise, technology, and quality came together naturally. Each had its own focus, yet they pointed in the same direction: creating better conditions for the team to continue learning, growing, and preparing for the responsibilities ahead.

Recognizing Growth Across the Team
The development of an organization is closely connected to the development of the people within it. At AXANH Growth & Technology Day 2026, perspectives on the next stage of growth were shared alongside internal development initiatives and the recognition of team members reaching new professional milestones.
Each recognition reflects a different journey. For some, it may represent years of steady effort; for others, a broader scope of responsibility or a new stage in their professional path. Whatever the form, a milestone is rarely an ending. It usually brings another period of learning and preparation with it.
A new role, therefore, means more than a change in title. As responsibilities expand, people are often asked to look beyond the work they already know well, collaborate more effectively with those around them, and take greater ownership of the issues they are in a position to help address.
What deserves recognition is not how far one person has progressed compared with another, but the opportunity each person has to continue building from their own foundation. When team members are given room to strengthen their capabilities and gradually take on greater responsibility, individual growth also contributes to the depth of the wider team.

Creating Space for Learning and Professional Exchange
Alongside the focus on people development, AXANH Growth & Technology Day 2026 also created space for professional topics that are closely connected to the work of engineering teams.
As part of the program, AXANH welcomed knowledge sharing with Autodesk and OneCAD, with discussions covering Civil 3D and ISO 19650. These topics offered additional perspectives on technology, information organization, and the expectations that are becoming increasingly relevant in modern engineering environments.
With a platform such as Civil 3D, learning is not simply about discovering another feature or command. As software becomes more closely integrated into project delivery, engineers also need to understand how data is being used, how information connects across the workflow, and where professional judgment, coordination, and review remain essential.
ISO 19650 introduces another perspective: the management of information. When many people contribute to the same body of work, quality depends not only on the work produced by each individual, but also on how information is created, exchanged, updated, and used throughout the coordination process.
A single session cannot cover subjects as broad as Civil 3D or ISO 19650 in full. Its value can instead lie in opening up new questions — giving the team another reason to look at familiar ways of working from a different perspective and continue exploring the subject after the event.

Bringing Technology Back to Everyday Work
Technology is part of the name Growth & Technology Day, but the value of technology is not simply in having another tool available. In an engineering environment, a more useful question is what problem the technology is intended to address, how it fits within the workflow, and where it can help people perform their work more effectively.
Software can support complex tasks, automation can reduce repetitive work, and a well-organized data environment can make coordination more efficient. Even so, the quality of the result still depends on whether requirements are understood correctly, data is checked, responsibilities are clear, and outputs are reviewed before they are relied upon.
For that reason, adopting technology also requires judgment. Not every new tool needs to be implemented immediately, and a familiar workflow does not need to change simply because another option has become available. When the underlying need is understood first, technology is more likely to be used with purpose and become a useful part of the work rather than simply another change in software.
This is where growth and technology become closely connected. As people deepen their understanding of the work, they are better positioned to use technology appropriately. In return, well-chosen tools can help teams spend more time on the parts of engineering work that require analysis, discussion, and professional judgment.
A Milestone in the Ongoing Development of the Quality Management System
Alongside the conversations about people and technology, AXANH Growth & Technology Day 2026 also marked a milestone in the continued development of AXANH’s quality management system, as AXANH received ISO 9001:2015 certification from TQC CGLOBAL.
This is a milestone worth recognizing, while also keeping its meaning in perspective. Certification does not mean that the work of building and maintaining quality is complete. Its longer-term value depends on how the principles behind the system continue to be practiced and maintained in everyday work.
As a team grows, quality becomes increasingly difficult to sustain through individual experience or personal care alone. Information needs to be recorded more clearly, responsibilities need to be understood consistently, important review steps need to be repeatable, and issues that arise need to become inputs for continuing improvement rather than isolated problems to be solved once.
Standardization, in this sense, is not about reducing the role of people. A well-structured system helps useful knowledge and good working practices move beyond the experience of a few individuals so they can be shared, maintained, and improved as more people become involved.

From a Day of Learning Back to Everyday Work
What was shared during AXANH Growth & Technology Day 2026 becomes meaningful only when it can continue to be considered, tested, and refined in practice. New knowledge may take time to understand more deeply; a new tool may need careful evaluation before it is adopted; and a new role takes time for the person stepping into it to grow alongside the responsibilities it brings.
Not everything needs to create an immediate change after an event. Sometimes value begins more quietly: one person asks a better question, a team takes another look at part of its workflow, or a team member recognizes something they need to continue learning for the next stage of their development.
What Carries Forward from AXANH Growth & Technology Day 2026
Looking across the program as a whole, people, expertise, technology, and quality are not separate stories. Teams need to keep learning as expectations evolve; technology needs people who understand enough to use it responsibly; and good practices need a sufficiently clear foundation if they are to be sustained as an organization grows.
AXANH Growth & Technology Day 2026 did not attempt to provide one answer to all of those questions. Instead, it created time to reflect on the progress already made, hear additional perspectives, and recognize what still needs to be developed in the months and years ahead.
AXANH appreciates the professional contributions from Autodesk and OneCAD during the program, as well as the participation of every team member. Each contribution — whether a professional sharing session, a thoughtful question, or a new responsibility being taken on — added something to the collective experience of September 28.
The program has concluded, but the development it reflects continues through the work that follows: learning what is needed, improving the way people coordinate, using technology with greater purpose, and maintaining the care required to protect quality.
